About Us

Jamie Watkins, Co-Founder, holds a Master’s Degree in Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine from Bastyr University and has spent more than 25 years exploring the connection between body, mind, and nervous system regulation. Her training includes craniosacral therapy through the Upledger Institute, equine bodywork, Reiki, reflexology, osteopathic-informed approaches, and extensive study of Eastern and Western healing traditions.
Throughout her career, Jamie has worked with both people and horses, observing the profound ways in which each influences the well-being of the other. This experience led to the development of Symbiotic Integrated Mirroring (SIM) Sessions, a collaborative approach that supports horses and humans simultaneously through co-regulation, connection, and individualized care.
Jamie believes that healing occurs most naturally when the nervous system feels safe, supported, and connected. Her work focuses on helping horses and humans reconnect with their innate balance, improve emotional and physical well-being, and strengthen the bond between them.
Based on California’s Central Coast, Jamie works with clients locally and travels throughout the United States offering individual sessions, equine wellness work, and SIM Sessions. Her approach combines decades of clinical experience with deep respect for the wisdom of both horses and humans.

Monica Clark
Monica Clark is an equine bodywork practitioner specializing in Craniosacral Therapy, applied kinesiology, osteopathic techniques, and acupressure. Dedicated to supporting the well-being of both horses and humans, she believes that lasting change begins with listening deeply to the wisdom already present within each relationship.
Monica trained with Integrated Equine Therapies and continues to support IET clinics in Placerville as a horse care practitioner, teaching assistant, and administrative assistant. Her work combines technical skill with quiet intuition, creating a safe and supportive environment where horses and humans can settle, reconnect, and heal together.
As a Symbiotic Integrated Mirroring (SIM) Practitioner, Monica guides deeply attuned sessions that honor the energetic partnership between horse and human. Through gentle craniosacral techniques and nervous system regulation, she helps create the conditions for insight, balance, and transformation to emerge naturally.
Drawing on her background in coaching women in self-alignment and nervous system regulation, Monica offers grounded, heart-centered support rooted in presence, curiosity, and compassion. She believes each horse reveals exactly what is ready to be released, and each session unfolds at the pace of trust.
Whether supporting a horse through physical or emotional challenges, or helping deepen the connection between horse and human, Monica’s intention is always the same: to create a space where both can feel seen, regulated, and profoundly connected.
