Jamie and Miranda during a SIM session in Clovis California
Good day of Sim Sessions

SIM Sessions were founded by Miranda Redig of Revised Equestrian and Jamie Watkins of Authentically You, and are now offered by a growing collective of skilled practitioners trained in this work.

Each session is a collaborative, dual-session experience in which both horse and human are supported simultaneously by two practitioners—one focused on the horse, the other on the human. This allows each being to receive individualized attention while sharing the same therapeutic space.

Practitioners work in quiet coordination, attuned not only to their individual clients, but also to the subtle communication and relational field between horse and rider.

Because of the deep bond between horses and their humans, physical and emotional patterns often mirror one another—a restriction in the rider may be reflected in the horse, just as tension or stress in the horse can influence the human. By working with both at the same time, SIM Sessions create space for shared release, improved regulation, and a renewed sense of harmony within the partnership.
